liegt in einem schönen Tal mit einem Bach als Grundstücksgrenze das
Ferienhaus Casa Vera 2
Dieses Haus hat ca. 50 qm und besteht eigentlich aus zwei großen Räumen.
Von dem Hauptwohnraum habe ich das Badezimmer mit einer runden Wand abgetrennt
In der Küche findet sich alles, was Sie zur Selbstverpflegung brauchen:
Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Toaster, Geschirr
und Zubehör.
Der Küchentisch lädt zum Essen gleichermaßen ein wie zum Spielen, Lesen, Reden und Pläne für den Tag schmieden.
Und wer auf seine Lieblingssendungen nicht verzichten will, findet auch ein Fernsehen.
Auch steht meinen Gästen W-Lan zur Verfügung.
Ich habe dieses Haus sehr individuell und künstlerisch gestaltet.
So habe ich ein Teil der Natursteinmauer im Wohnraum unverputzt gelassen und auch der Verputz ist nicht glatt.
Er hat kleine Wellen und Rundungen.
Wie Sie auf den Bildern erkennen können ergeben sich dadurch oft schöne Lichtspiele.
Ich habe viel mit Mosaiken gearbeitet. Die große Arbeitsplatte in der Küche ist mit Kalksandsteinen belegt und
der Badezimmerboden hat ein Marmormosaik.
Das Badezimmer hat ein Waschbecken eine Toilette und eine Dusche.
Im Schlafzimmer ( 25qm) wäre neben dem Doppelbett sowie dem Regal genügend Platz für ein Extrabett und/oder ein Babybett.
Daher wäre dieses Haus auch für eine junge Familie mit kleineren Kindern geeignet
Das Grundstück
Auf einem halben Hektar finden Sie viele verschiedene Plätze an denen
Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen können:
Ein Sitzplatz im Schatten eines riesigen Lorbeerbaumes, eine romantische
Quelle, andere Sitzplätze mit einem schönem Blick auf die Landschaft.
Das Highlight ist jedoch der Bach, in dem das Wasser das
ganze Jahr fließt. Auch hier gibt es verschiedene Plätze, an denen Sie
sich erfrischen, das Plätschern genießen oder Staudämme bauen können.
Das Grundstück und die nähere Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten
der Ruhe und Entspannung aber auch viele Gelegenheiten für Spiel und
Aktion, Abenteuer und Naturentdeckung für Groß und Klein.
Die nächsten Orte
sind São Luis und Cercal do Alentejo. Beide sind jeweils 5 km entfernt und bieten alles für den täglichen Bedarf
(Fleischer, Bäcker, Supermärkte und Markthallen), mehrere Cafes und Restaurants.
Vila Nova de Milfontes ist die nächstgelegene Stadt am Meer
(19 km - ca 15 min mit dem Auto).
Mitten im Alentejo
Das Alentejo ist eine touristisch wenig erschlossene Region Portugals,
sanfthügelige Landschaften wechseln sich ab mit Gebirgsketten und Hochplatos.
Der einzigartige Küstenstreifen ist Teil des Naturschutzparks
"Sudoeste e Costa Vicentina" und bietet einen idealen Lebensraum für eine
breit gefächerte Fauna und Flora.
Die "Rota Vincentina"
ist eine 2012 fertig gestellen Wanderroute von insgesamt 350 Km vom Cabo de S. Vincente
in der Algarve bis Santiago de Cacém, aufeteilt in Abschnitte von 15-25 km.
Hier bieten sich Ihnen wunderbare Wandermöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe.
Für unsere Gäste, die Teile der Rota Vincentina wandern wollen bieten ich Transfermöglichkeiten an.
Die Küste ist reich an faszinierenden Stränden und Buchten, wie Malhão,
Vila Nova de Milfontes mit der Flussmündung des Mira (besonders geeignet
für Familien mit kleinen Kindern!), Almograve, Zambujeira do Mar oder
Carvalhal.
Sie laden dazu ein sportlich aktiv zu werden - oder einfach nur die Seele
baumeln zu lassen.
Und das bin ich ...
Seit 1997 leben ich nun in Portugal und gestalte seit 2007 mit viel Eigeninitiative das Grundstück und die beiden Häuser.
Ich lebe in einem Anbau, der sich an der Rückseite des Haus anschließt und einen separaten Eingang hat.
Kinder sind immer herzlich willkommen und ich nehme mir gerne Zeit für sie. Insbesondere im künstlerischem und handwerklichen Bereich teile ich meine Erfahrungen gerne mit ihnen.
Ich lebe hier mit einer Hündin und fünf Katzen und freue mich auf Ihren Besuch !

In the summer months
I rent my house as well.
In the time of your stay I live in a cultivation, which has a separate entrance.
This house has about 50 sqm and consists of two large rooms.
From the main living room I separated the bathroom with a round wall
Unlike the holiday house, where I have looked for clear lines and a more neutral style,
I have designed this house very individually and artistically.
So I left a part of the natural stone wall in the living room unplastered and also the plaster is not smooth.
It has small waves and curves.
As you can see in the pictures, this often results in beautiful light games.
I've worked a lot with mosaics. The large work surface in the kitchen is covered with sand-lime bricks
and the bathroom floor has a marble mosaic.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower.
The bedroom is about 25 square meters and has enough space for more than two people. Placing an extra bed or cot is not a problem.
So a small family or good friends could be in this house.
In the main room there are two doors, to the front there is a narrow terrace, where you can enjoy the morning sun. To the rear is a large terrace on which you can have up in the evening sun.
Since the other holiday house is on the other side and I have my terrace on the side of the house, you are also undisturbed.
The land
is half a hectare and offers plenty of space to stroll about and relax or simply stretch out
by the stream with a good book.
Nearby is a natural spring with clean water to enjoy and refresh.
The site and its surroundings offer many opportunities for rest and relaxation
but also many opportunities for fun and action, adventure and nature
discovery for young and old.
Location
Situated between Cercal and Sáo Luis, both about 5km away. There are
cafes, restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets, butchers, bakers
etc. There are also car boot sales and other interesting markets
scattered around the region where you can browse 'til your hearts content
at the weekends.
Vila Nova de Milfontes is the nearest seaside town about 15minutes away
(19kms) and has plenty to offer as well as numerous beaches and the mouth
of the Mira (mainly family orientated owing to the sheltered aspect).
To the north and about the same distance away is the seaside town of
Porto Covo with its numerous coves running towards the historical city of Sines.
The Alentejo
is a little explored region of Portugal offering fine food and wines,
magnificent landscapes and a unique coastline.
. The area is the 'Sudoeste e Costa Vicentina' and as a protected
Nature Reserve provides an ideal habitat for flora & fauna.
This can be observed on the coastal path running north from Vila
Nova de Milfontes. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area and
beaches in solitary bays along the way.
The coast is full of fascinating beaches and bays, as Malhão, Vila
Nova de Milfontes with the mouth of the Mira (especially suitable for
families with young children!) Almograve Zambujeira do Mar or Carvalhal.
They invite you to become a physically active - or just letting the soul.
